What does the course cover?
Our 4 hour Mental Health Awareness Course is fully accredited by Mental Health First Aid England and provides:
- ● An understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma
- ● A basic knowledge of common mental health issues
- ● Skills for looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing
- ● Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing mental ill health
There is no formal assessment but learners who complete all sections of the course will receive a certificate of attendance.
