Supervising Food Safety - Catering (Level 3)

By law, food businesses are required to ensure the safety of customers and staff by maintaining food safety standards across all areas of food production, handling and serving.

Legislation effective from Jan 2006 places greater on us and accountability on anyone within the industry that has supervisory responsibilities, with managers and supervisors being responsible for ensuring that food safety processes are adhered to and that staff are properly trained and supervised.
