"I have been using First on Scene for all our First Aid training for the past 4 years. I find them efficient, reliable and professional. First on Scene are able to make the training ‘come alive’ as their trainers have years of real life experience.
I have First Aiders who require regular training updates including Defibrillator training. This is performed on site and trainers are always punctual, well prepared and professional. This is a very cost effective way of providing training and complying with current legislation.
Feedback from the First Aiders is very positive and they enjoy attending. It increases their basic skills and knowledge base, equipping them to cope with any emergency situation. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will continue with their services in the future."

"Leeds City Council have been commissioning First on Scene Training to deliver paediatric first aid to the private and voluntary childcare sector for the past 8 years.
There are approx 1,000 childminders, 120 private day nurseries and 80 preschool groups.
All the training providers Leeds City Council uses have to comply with HSE regulations and deliver the training in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
I have always found the customer service department polite and they give an excellent service. All training is evaluated, each delegate is given an evaluation form after the training and the feedback from the evaluation forms are always very good.

"I have been in this role for almost 12 months and have been using First on Scene Training when booking employees qualifier or re-qualifier first aid training. We currently have three venues which hold Head Office staff; two in Leeds City centre and one in the North East. We have around 15 first aiders across the Society and when booking any staff from the Leeds area we have used First on Scene Training.
I have never had any problems with the company, they are always very polite on the phone and extremely helpful when we have queries. I find their services very efficient with joining instructions coming minutes after putting the phone down.
When we book the first aid training for the North East we used a different company as we have merged with Mercantile Asset Management and they had previously used 'St Johns Ambulance's' services. I didn’t find their services as hospitable and we have had a few problems regarding the training dates being changed etc and not telling us (then trying to charge us for not turning up).
Therefore, I would definitely recommend First on Scene and will continue to use the service for any first aid training in the future."

As an organisation Rosemont Pharmaceuticals Ltd has been using the services of First on Scene Training for many years. Given the standard of service received, before, during and after training, we have not felt it necessary to look at other organisations to provide this training service.
Our company has in excess of 200 employees of which we currently have 16 trained first aiders with several more in the pipeline and others ready to be trained in emergency first aid.
As Health & Safety Officer it is my responsibility to ensure Rosemont has an appropriate number of first aid trained personnel and to have training carried out by competent persons/organisations. To this end I feel that First on Scene Training meets our company’s needs completely.

In Oct 2009 our school employed First on Scene Training to conduct the First Aid Training for 24 of our staff. This was the first time we had used First on Scene Training but they came highly recommended from one of our local schools and we were not disappointed.
