

Stress ManagementStress is one of the biggest causes of absence in the workplace and this course aims to provide delegates with skills to recognise individual stressors and identify techniques to bring them under control. Training employees in stress management means that organisations will benefit by a reduction in sickness levels.
This comprehensive, 4 hour course is designed for any member of staff at risk of, or currently experiencing work related stress. Students will learn how to identify the signs of stress and the measures to put in place to avoid it. The course covers the reasons and effects of stress and ways of controlling stress.
This course is aimed at managers and supervisors requiring an insight into the signs, symptoms and management of stress in the workplace. The course is suitable for all employees who work in potentially stressful environments or who need to be able to recognise the signs of stress.
All delegates are assessed throughout the course and successful delegates will receive a certificate of attendance
