FREC® First Response Emergency Care (Level 4)

This Level 4 FREC® First Response Emergency Care qualification is designed for people who have already completed the Level 3 FREC® First Response Emergency Care or equivalent, and are looking to progress their career in the emergency services, ambulance services or the event medical sector.

This course is also suitable for high risk working environments where there is a need for prehospital care.

The qualification is approved by Qualsafe Awards and fulfils the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor level E.

  • Assisting with advanced airway management, vascular access and infusion

Essential course reading; JRCALC Ambulance Service Clinical Practice Guidelines (RRP £58.50) and Ross & Wilson Anatomy & Physiology in Health and Illness (RRP £31.99) are included in the course cost.
