Mr Barry Kitcheman Dear Barry, Thank you very much for the first aid certificates for our recent course. May I say that the course was thoroughly enjoyed by all our staff and I feel sure that the other people that attended feel the same as we all do. The standard by which we were taught was in itself excellent, and nothing was skipped over, or rushed in any way, it was always at a pace we could all take in, some of us being a bit slower than others, every query was answered until understood. This stood out to me as showing that it was not just another first aid course, which would bring in the money, a thing which I have felt on many courses that I have attended, but a course where the Instructor enjoyed teaching his trade, and really wanted you to learn and understand what it was about. The depth of the training that we were taken into was something else that no one expected, as with other organisations were expecting to be taught the basic, what a broken bone is and how to strap it up, how to apply a bandage and a sling, but to enter the realms of what does what and why it does it, and how it does it, made the course far more exiting, interesting and enjoyable, and it has left a deep impression with me, as I hope it has with the other course members. I would appreciate if you would convey my thanks to Nigel for his hard work and exceptional instruction throughout the course, I feel sure no one could have taught us better, or put us more at ease, especially when the time for the examination came, we all felt the jitters, but as I said he put us at our ease. All I can say is it will be a privilege to recommend your company to anyone who requires any first aid training, and once again thank you for your teaching. Yours Sincerely Frank Moody Barnett Glassware |
