Level 3 Food Safety Training Course
This comprehensive, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) approved 3 day course is designed for any person working in food production at a supervisory or managerial level. It is essential that supervisors and managers are equipped with both the knowledge and confidence to carry out their working role efficiently.
The aim of this course is equip supervisors and managers with the knowledge, understanding and essential skills to be able to implement and maintain good food hygiene procedures on a day-to-day basis. This course provides supervisors and managers with a greater understanding of food safety, which will ensure they can effectively support those they work with, enabling them to lead by example and become effective coaches.
Assessment and Certification
All delegates undertake a formal multiple-choice examination at the end of the course and successful delegates will receive a nationally recognised Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 3 Award in Food Safety, which is valid for three years. First on Scene Training will send automatic reminders to both the customer and the delegate three months prior to the expiry date of the certificate.
