Assessment and Certification
All delegates undertake a formal multiple-choice examination at the end of the course and successful delegates will receive a nationally recognised Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 2 Award in Food Safety, which is valid for three years. First on Scene Training will send automatic reminders to both the customer and the delegate three months prior to the expiry date of the certificate.
