Food Safety training course in cateringThis comprehensive, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) approved 1 day course introduces the principles of food safety and is suitable for anyone working in catering, where food is prepared, cooked and handled.

This course is essential to businesses to demonstrate their compliance with current legislation and the course provides the delegates with an appreciation of the basics of good food hygiene. This course introduces the principles of food safety and provides delegates with the essential knowledge to ensure they protect your business and customers.

Assessment and Certification

All delegates undertake a formal multiple-choice examination at the end of the course and successful delegates will receive a nationally recognised Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 2 Award in Food Safety, which is valid for three years.

First on Scene Training will send automatic reminders to both the customer and the delegate three months prior to the expiry date of the certificate.
