Emergency First Aid Training Course

This basic 1 day Emergency First Aid training course for Parents and Child Carers, is designed for anyone who wants to learn about first aid and has a professional involvement or cares for children and babies. If you don't have to comply with Ofsted requirements this course covers basic life saving and first aid for babies, children and adults.
Our expert trainers have dealt with hundreds of 'paediatric' emergencies, and can draw upon this unrivalled knowledge to pass on their life saving skills, making the course more relevant and interesting for students. Students will learn basic first aid procedures and how to take charge in the event of an accident or illness involving children and babies.
This course is perfect for anyone who cares for children and babies, parents, grandparents or guardians and people who have a professional involvement with children and babies but don’t have to comply with Ofsted requirements.
Are students assessed?
Students are continuously assessed throughout the day.
Emergency First Aid for Parents and Child Carers certificates are valid for three years and First on Scene Training will send an automatic reminder to both the customer and the Emergency First Aider three months prior to the expiry date of the certificate. Certificates can be renewed by attending an Emergency First Aid training course for Parents and Child Carers.
