From 1st October 2009 there will be two levels of first aider recognised by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), these are First Aider At Work and Emergency First Aider At Work. The qualifications of all First Aiders trained under the current system (before October 2009) will remain valid and can be counted in the new first aid needs assessment.
This Health & Safety approved course is available only to FIRST AIDERS who wish to renew their FIRST AID AT WORK certificate.
With training direct from the experts, the trained First Aider can compliment their skills with new procedures and techniques.
The course has a high level of practical skill and theoretical knowledge, so the First Aider can continue to deal promptly and effectively with any situation that may arise in the working environment.
It is essential that all First Aiders are in possession of a valid and in date FIRST AID AT WORK certificate issued by a HSE approved training provider, which must be shown at the start of this course. If you are unsure of the validity of your existing certificate please contact us and we will be glad to advise you.
This course is available as an 'On Site' course or Scheduled 'Open' Course throughout the UK. |
